Starting amounts; VAT and specialist costs excluded. The final proposal depends on the number of stakeholders, languages, travel, content, data and integrations. International projects start at the same levels: complexity is defined in the proposal without an automatic surcharge. Any outcome-based fee is always additional to the fixed fee, capped in advance and used only where compatible with the engagement and applicable procedures.
