A first public issue baseline is now visible across map, issue tracker, and report surfaces. The baseline focuses on access safety, route readability, and recurring maintenance points. Each item is classified with priority and public status so residents, operators, and institutions can monitor progress over time.
This release is designed to improve institutional readability: critical points are now visible before full works, making coordination easier and reducing ambiguity around route conditions.
